Bee Keeping Products and Supplies

In Western Australia we are proud to say we source as much local and Australian equipment as we can. All our wood ware and supers are made on the premises in Western Australia by Western Australians. Manufacturing here allows us to cater for different designs and ideas you might have. Dean, the manager, is always open to new ideas and innovation – but bear in mind you would have to order in larger quantities to make it viable.

Beeswax is brought from the local beekeepers and processed right here at Guilfoyles. This wax is then made into either block wax, foundation or rolls of plain wax – bought by a local company who make car dashboard covers. Our wax is also used in lip balm, furniture polishes, cold creams, wax wraps and candle making all over W.A.

You will see we have a comprehensive range of beekeeping equipment in our shop, catering for commercial beekeepers and hobbyist alike. We guarantee our goods to be entirely satisfactory, both in material and workmanship. Please examine your equipment as soon as you receive it.

Nucleus Hive/Queens

Nucleus Hives consists of four frames of bees and a mated queen.

We take orders throughout the year for Nucleus Hives (Nucs) and Queens and place them in our order books. When we receive stock (spring & summer) we will always start at the front of our book and work our way through in order until all have been allocated (we do not leave a message when placing livestock as the bees must be placed ASAP).

HONEY

We sell a selection of natural local honey. You can buy glass or plastic jars in store or, even better, bring your own to be filled.
